The 2nd Sinopec station along Bukit Timah Road seems to be almost ready for action. Drove past it today and saw the price board up with the station seemed busy.

Hoping that it will be in time for CNY and more importantly throw in a double happiness promotion for opening & CNY [:)].

Which part of bt timah road?

No rules against that - I thought it was even encouraged some time ago.

why would there be rules against displaying prices?

unless they are set by oligopoly commission of singapore

once you used Sinopec fuel, you will know the pros and cons....never go back after one pump...you can try Sinopec 98.

What are the pros and cons of sinopec for you?

I did not feel any difference though.

By the way, their petrol is sourced from Shell.
