I repeat the terms of the claim.

1. MUST have the AD indicate that when u collected the ride, the car was given window Tint. - Not necessary from factory install BUT must be provided by AD written in the sales agreement.

2. MUST inform the insurance that the tint came with the car. U cannot happy happy change windscreen and then go to another 3rd party to install the tint and charge back the insurance. It does not work that way.

3. If the tint was not written in the sales agreement but more of out of pocket from the SE, than boh kangtao.

Mine was a screw up. The car was installed with the tint in terms of the batch that came with it BUT was not written in the sales agreement. So had to get the AD to trace base on my VIN number as the installer charge base on the VIN number when its not yet registered. Having said that, when I collected my car, I took a few pic at the delivery bay including the Sticket that came with the window tint.

Ah now i remember i bought used car that time. So maybe my insurance never cover at all

One have to ask how many cars were in the first and second batch.

Corolla first batch vs VRS first batch, the number available are totally very different. [laugh]

I remember the first batch was around 30+ units...sold out within a couple of weeks. Not sure about the 2nd batch quantity... Maybe 15-20? Anyway took much longer to sell out.

Yeah, my S.E. told me the first batch had about 40 units and I was the last customer of this batch. (I signed & paid deposit in early August).

Same engine (EA888) with different turbo, intercooler, ECP map, etc.

It is just a FWD car with electronic limited slip differential (which some prefer over AWD for lower FC).

in a nutshell.

VRS has the Front wheel Differential of the Seat Cupra

The gear Box of the Golf R 7.5 7 speed

and

The engine of a GTi.

Tune it and you get the power of the Golf R, boot space of a mini van. Cheaper faster better..

To a car enthusiast, every detail in the specification sheet of a car is important as they all play a part in painting a complete picture of the car in point. To most people, however, information such as 'double wishbones suspension', 'Carbon fibre monocoque' or 'gasoline direct injection' are just technical jargons that serve little purpose. Horsepower, however, is much simpler to understand.

As the term suggests, the origin of this unit of measurement came from the desire to compare the output of an engine to that of horses (which were used to complete tasks such as pulling carriages in the past). So, more horsepower equals to more energy which is surely a plus point! Our aim here is to find the cars that give you your metaphorical horses at the lowest price point, which will no doubt means the best deal (because, clearly, power is the only thing that matters).

Here are the top 20 new cars with the cheapest horsepower.....

I would consider scrap value too...in this case Cupra wins by a nose while RS and Stinger are tied second. Edited by TangoCharlie

i "plan" to extend... so rs still ok for me. still prefer stinger if i got the extra cash. vw after sales still cannot make it. this rs getting more squeaks from suspension to somewhere around right door. will not recommend to friends that for sure.
