My friend said to do something different at 50yrs old asked if I am interested to join Hyrox.... I said Not really sure.... He said he thought I wanted to join when I shared the Korean, Hong Beom-seok Hyrox training videos. 

I agree as I also wanted to try it and challenge myself.

if next year's hyrox is conducted in the open field with no shade next year, I think 50% of the participants will be seeking medical assistance halfway through.

Yah agree, The national stadium is cooling, they have also placed many fans along the running track and water station.

I didn't sweat as much as weekend morning training.
