Bro,

Got your point. Actually to what you described. Any watch that you wear it and after that you wanna re-sell, it will be hard to get a price with profit in many case unless it is a PP or a rare Rollie.

I am acceptable to the case. Wife find the YM nice and thus just buy it with no intent to sell. Our Green Hulk is just purchased at below 10k but also hard to want to sell it. To think of making money with these pieces, might as well keep them and invest somewhere.

Maybe should share your experience with me out there as in what PP to get as I never fancy the Nautilus and Aquanaut at all. In fact the pilot you got was nice to me

Bros, don't buy with a profit in mind.....buy what you like, and wear in good health.

today I am wearing my G shock...

cheers everyone...

I highly recommend Camille Fournet straps. You can customize them as well. There is no official CF store in Singapore but I know a shop in Mandarin Gallery that carries it. Otherwise, Tokyo has a few CF shops.

For rich atas folks yes.

the shop in MG, cmi , the fella there doesnt know his products, no sincerity, no service.

I know much more about straps than the fella in the shop.

CMI shop.

as for the straps , there are many non branded lower cost alternatives.   But thats my secret, wont share. 🤪😃😂

I agree with you on the fella there.

I do enjoy the CF service at Ginza. Other than straps, their wallets, bags and other leather goods are all good.

This has nothing to do with SES lah.

panerai goes best with its original rubber or calf leather strap.

easily obtainable from many places.

nomad quality and price match.

Thats all i would say.

not chairman of vintage Rolex collectors guild meh?😂😂

No lah.

Vintage Rolex i have less than 10 pieces, far from Chairman level.  I just prefer 4 to 5 digit References compared to the current 6 digit ones.

Some Panerais come with its original strap in alligator.

But yes the plainer the better, so as to avoid drawing attention away from the simple dial.

Thick plain calf leather really allows the watch to bask in its simple good looks, like a beautiful long legged farm girl wearing only boots and a cowboy hat and without much makeup.

You wear Panerai meh?
