While I do agree with much of Bernard’s general views of watches i cannot accept his arrghh.. taste

rich people got weird er special taste

They didn't show a single vintage sports Rolex or vintage Patek Nautilus.... No wonder most ginna these days never heard of him

Wow, this is a product placement for Watchbox.

To be honest, other than the GF double tourbillon and his Seiko flyback chrono, none of his other watches (shown in this video) appeals to me.

I was not there at the cocktail. I have only previously liaised with Terence Loo in HK for a target, but in the end did not work out. Quite enjoy Tim's videos though.

I see. My relationship is more with the founders and investors from the non-US side.

i normally dont attend any gatherings, meetups whatsoever.so the Watchbox Cocktail was a pure exception due to invite by one of the founders.  Paiseh to reject since we hvnt caught up for a long while

Tim was there at the cocktail too.

The 2nd gen VCO chrono is a good looker. I like the big date at the top that balances the sub-dials below.
