Where got over trade? Currently only 15k discount from list price which wearnes still has profit margin of more than 60k! Further more warranty only 3yrs ð and their 5yrs free servicing look nice on paper but in real only cover up to 75k mileage, 15k interval mean free 5 servicing only ð

Actually have anyone consider importing since ads PM is so high!

3k mileage since collected the car and over the National Day holiday, drove up to KL and really enjoy the ride. Acceleration is smooth and fast and you almost won't feel the gear change. I tried to accelerate hard and the transmission was still fast and smooth. Car was very stable and give you confidence at high speed [170 and above]. For once, I was confident to cruise for extended period in high speed. Previously with my other cars, I don't stay on such high speed for more than 1 minute.

Surprise, surprise. On eco mode the car is extremely fuel economical. At some stage of my drive I switched to eco mode and after sometime, the indicator showed FC of 6.9l/100km. However, to be frank eco mode doesn't feel spirited and I drove more in comfort mode. Didn't try the dynamic mode though but i am sure it would just be more 'sporty'. One thing though, the car is not equipped with automatic high beam. I enjoyed this feature very much in my previous car.

All in all, after stop-go traffic in SG and free flow high way ride in MY, I have to say it has been very satisfying with this car so far.

Do you mean auto headlight or main beam instead of high beam?

High beam. It’s called adaptive high beam, it switches on to high beam automatically when there is no car ahead and no car in opposite direction at night.

Oh, that’s neat but it’s only useful in NSHW or highland driving. Maybe that’s why Wearnes didn’t spec it for their imports for our market.

Yes it is a nice feature to have but rarely use. I have not used it in SG at all when I still had my old car.

I just sign my agreement for Xc40 T4 last Sunday, after many weeks of testing and consideration. Thanks to all the forum/facebook/whatsapp group for the constant support and guidance. My SE was patient, good and managed to fight for a good deal. If anyone interested, i can refer you to have more information. Cheers!

Did you test drive the T5 version?  Does the T4 feel under powered since it is a heavy car (1.7 ton)
