So it's not a question of work effectiveness but a question of trust. (Can be face to face, text or emails) But even customers also prefer text or emails now..... Now I save on fuel and driving on road. And I create less congestion in road during peak hours. Now mostly WFO, all the si ginas cannot wake up and come office on time but they know how to leave on time leh. You see that they are very well and out spoken and know how to sell themselves well. Can see that during job interview and meetings.
