If look at the general trend since Oct 2019, there is a definite trend upwards in COE pricing towards the $40K ceiling.

Demand seems to be stabilizing and is similar to last year-end period. 

But monthly quota is on a downward trend.

The table below does not include the 2nd Oct COE bidding.

I tink coe is consperm recession proof.

The wave of 2008 09 10 cheap coe which r already 10yr n some prob reneewed coe liao. Those floe back one already flow back. 

No longer even the 25k to 30k coe norm liao. Its over liaom consperm.

The new trend looks to be 40k to 60k soon liao.

I got my COE.  Plus car is ready.  Tomorrow SE will arrange the delivery date.

@Jamesc  I have  never seen any SE or AD work so fast to deliver a car before 

Are they running out of biscuits already?  It's ok.  I will take from KMC.

Hello bros, first time buyer here so just wanna confirm from your experiences. The current reserve price is the amount my PI bid for me? And if higher than the current coe price, does it mean the coe is secured?

Yes. To be safe look under bid status.  Should show accepted.  Just in case you mix the numbers up.
