Lately, i keep getting messages and brochures and online feeds that many new developments are going at discounted prices.

really meh?  So those looking to buy private property must be so shiok. 
 

any sellers here ?

There are some projects offered on discount, but check why they are doing so... is it because they don't sell well, poor location, high initial price, other issues etc

No leh, agent talk until best location, best value, best layout, lowest maintenance, highest potential, can live can rent can do anything and best is can sell for profit in future.
