SIM Only Mobile Plans Discussion

Talk about Gardens by the Bay. I got 2 sims on my phone. Main on SH. Went to the Gardens food court after jalan-jalan in the flower-dome - SH signal down the drain. Heng got 2nd Sim - TPG - TPG signal was good in that Food Court.

yeah, with app payments becoming more popular, stable network coverage is important.

at Rail Mall, Springleaf Prata and EAT have their cashiers quite deep into the shop, by the time reach there to make payment no M1 coverage, so have to walk out to do the payment after ordering.

ya, I think so lor. left Singtel years ago though.

their coverage is best but gotta pay for it lor, so to me its between 99.0% ($) and 99.9% ($$$), which can I live with.

i hate singtel though. the billing like crap back in the late 90s. damn hard to understand. avoided them since.

think by now the 3 big ones have billing on app, so should be easier to manage.

been mulling a switch to Zero1 cos they are using Singtel and are cheaper than Singtel itself.

I just switched from Singtel SIM only to GOMO.  Hopefully everything goes well as I understand GOMO is under Singtel

I was previously with Zero1 before switching to myrepublic cos I thought more value for money. Had no coverage issue with Zero1.  If this time try redone still got coverage issue I will likely go back to Zero1.

First time I heard of Zero1, thanks for the info.

Visited their website, they have a 6GB plan for $9.90 on offer now but need to pay $10.70 for registration fees. Since they are on Singtel network, might switch over to have a go.

I cheapo, i go for low $$ hp plan. Got coverage can liao, no need to be tip top coverage. Lol.

Not everytime coverage got problem la and also you don’t go to flower dome everyday, so should still can live with it. 😂

@Blueray I agree with Blueray. Working at my prime I will pay for the best because I need it but now almost retiring 99% good enough la.
