If want nutritious, fresh and hot food, can only home cook yourself but even home cooked food also not say cheap nowadays.

Today went to Bedok.

Wah, fruits are reasonably price.  bought my Rambutans fresh and nice. $4 per kg without branches. Swee

They say the landlord bought those shops at a high price so want to earn it back asap so need to increase  the rent many times more. They ownself want to buy at such a high price for it then become tenants problem🤣

Backfire liao. Bought at high price and want to raise rent to earn back, but ended up no tenants want to rent from them.

Looks like shop can become vacant and no one want to rent due to high rent. But how come for residential, no matter how high the rent is and yet the unit would not become vacant and no one want to rent, still have tenants rent the unit.

Residential demand is endless.

Not everybody runs a business, but everybody needs a place to stay.

Also IRAS will auto “ tumpang” on the new rents when TA is signed and also jack up across to all the landlords in that stretch …… it’s just never ending cycle
