The specification stated the range can be set from 7 amp to 32 amp not 32 amp points.

You can adjust the charging rate from 10A to 32A, giving you a charging power of 2.4kwh to 7kwh, but you still need a 32A socket, and not just plug into any 13A outlet hor.
