Petlas Or Giti?

Hi all, given that there is a budget constraint, between Petlas Velox Sport PT741 and GITI Champerio FE1 tyre, which one is the better choice?

What size and what price has been offered by these 2 brands. 
I doubt the main stream brands are that far off in price. For tires I rather get reputed brands.

One tyre has 5 year warranty.

The manufacturer must have a lot of confidence in their product

to give that.

Giti     = $75

My tyre size are rather odd. Not many brand can fit.

Bridgestone Turanza T005a can fit but quite noisy and price slightly higher.
The whole range of Giti only this Champerio has my size.

Petlas Velox PT741 seem like it is run flat.

I would get the Turanza if I were you.

I am using my second set of 741s liao. Very happy with them. Wet and dry grip has been excellent compared to the dunlops that came stock with my car.
