Surprisingly there are still company hire illegal drivers. Driving on the road and those forklift driver in the company same same, you can also find many staff operating the forklift without any licence.

I once visited an industrial building to collect Shopee one time and the forklift driver at the unit beside was driving at more than 20km/h between pallets. Reversing somemore.

He is very skilled I have to say, but I am pretty sure it's 100% illegal, the reckless way he operates, and I know 0 about forklift rules 😄 I had to siam far from him

Cannot imagine how much more illegal sh*t happens in industrial buildings on a daily basis...

To catch unlicensed driver is easy and need low-tech solutions. Like setting up roadblock - no need to do during peak hour of course, to avoid congestion, but those office hours when delivery vehicles ply the roads. Stop delivery vehicles and check licences. Unfortunately this approach requires manpower which is lacking nowadays. The buzzword is now drone, drone, drone, for everything. Dept heads get brownie points for their appraisal if they can introduce any kind of drone technology into their work, like how the police coast guard recently also rolled out their drones (seriously, why need a waterproof drone that can be launched from water? Can't they just launch any old drone from their boats?) Using drones for law enforcement, sad to say, can only "monitor the situation".

Road block confirmed will cause congestion even do during off-peak hour. But road block is quite a efficient way to catch drivers without driving licence. Or even cars with expired road tax.

in the program they suggested using those Collection Box/Center or Pick Up center..

My experience is the Collection Box always not an option in Shoppee.. i only managed to use once over the years..

Those Pick up center like home got their operating hours like my working hours! how to collect.. i off they off!

So no i see FREE Shipping coupon i collect first..

Last time only Class 3.

Now have 3A, 3C, 3CA.

Didn't know class 3 is the most versatile licence.

So class 3A cannot drive class 3C.

Class 3CA cannot drive Class 3C.

But class 3 can drive all.

So by 2030, no more manual vehicle / van, suddenly all 3A and 3CA become valid for EV Van etc...

I had a company and company van before.

I didn't know it was illegal to do delivery or need special licence.

If you got Class 3 then you're fine.

But many of them don't even have Class 3.

These ppl could have class 3c or 3ca.

Unless you are saying these ppl don’t even have class 3c or 3ca
