As at mid-2025, Tesla is comfortably sitting at No.6 with 1,419 new car sales. Well ahead of No.6 (Hyundai with 745 sales), but behind No.5 (Honda with 2,268 sales). GAC Aion (through VinCar / EV) is a bit behind at No.11 position with 466 sales. Maybe GAC can overtake Mazda who is at No.10 (with 584 sales as at mid-2025) by the end of 2025?
