looks very Honda E but thats like 3 to 4 years ago.

Anyone find this a worth while consideration ?. Sensing it could be price at 200K including COE, there is a whole load of cars it is up against. a dongfong box price plan would be super attractive.

Unlikely to be $200k.

Being BYD Dolphin size, it will be around $180k.

If can't get into Cat A, it is as good as close shop liao.

Changan for Cat B is now at 189K. Proton EMAS7 is quite decently price at under 170K.

So if want to sell just to break even, 160 to 180K range is the sweet spot. Only thing is, for the huge price, dont come with rear Aircon vent and no remote car key. Just NFC card. Rear seat just one USB C port.

And as if copying the Honda E shape and power rating was not enough, If they also start to copied the cost steategy, which cause the Honda E downfall, then its just going to be another EV like Leapmotor or Zeekr X with low takup rate.

The launch edition seems quite interesting. 

Appranetly it comes with a different set of suspension and leteral G meter

It does look weird. Hopefully, it comes with lots of interior accessories like what Xiaomi does for the SU7 or the Mini Cooper ..

And here I thot the Skoda Octavia previous model with the dual headlights and VW Arteon was Ugly.

may give golf and other hatchbacks lotsa pressure if priced right in cat a coe since its rwd. euro ncap 5-star rating with high % gives much confidence than box

if its price like the Proton EMAS 7 at $164K before friendship price, most probably will get a bit more sales... else the unthinkable would be for CAT A car, prices like Proton CAT B car, then most likely low takeup rate unless got Factory prices to selected few customers

A friend got some info that there would be a media launch on 8th Jan (during Motorshow) and the price is $169,999. Not sure what kind of "package" there would be so take this as indicative.

So is still a bit more ex than Proton Cat B. Will be a niche market car like Smart I predict. Sell 5 cars a month is uhm chio liao.
