Thomastanlm Neutral Newbie October 15, 2012 Share October 15, 2012 Hi Can someone recommend workshops other than BM for lexus please. I am currently driving a 6 yo rx400h (hybrid). The only workshop i can find on the net that ais strong in lexus is team sportivo / lexus tuning SG located at sin ming auto care level 3. They quoted me 160 for oil change, flush, replace engine oil and filter 55 change air filter After reading the earlier posts the above here seems expensive. I live in the west. Will be good to know if some of the recommendations are in the west too. Thanks

Samudra1 Neutral Newbie December 10, 2012 Share December 10, 2012 I agree with you that Johore bahri workshop are better than those in Singapore. You can try G-performance auto house located in permas jaya, just 15 mins away from causeway. Recently I do an overhaul for my Nissan sunny for less than 3000 dollars ringgit. Now car is as good as new.
Samudra1 Neutral Newbie December 10, 2012 Share December 10, 2012 Most workshop mechanics are Malaysian. They got their experiences working for BMW! MERS! TOYOTA! NISSAN! KIA etc, they will leave after a couple of years. When they returned home to Malaysia they set up their own workshop and many of them in Johore bahru. In Malaysia you can buy yr parts and they can do it for you, but in Singapore most workshop does not encourage. That is the reason why servicing n repair in Singapore are very much expensive. Yeobh 4th Gear December 14, 2012 Share December 14, 2012 You are doing a great job trying to help all the Malaysia mech in JB, why not also help the Singapore mech. After all they also have to bring foods to the tables. If you are a Msia I can understand where you are coming from , but if you are a true blue blood Singaporean, I just don't understand what you are driving at . Afterall now many jb ws r quite good n compared to sg ws much cheaper. If only sg ws can give good honest work n reasonable prices we will do it here. I never trust jb mech n ws b4 cos tried a few n found them dishonest n incompetent. Nowadays i think jb ws has improved alot. Maybe ty realise its better to give honest deals than to cheat sg motorists. ↡ Advertisement
