Videoclip then the curtains opened to reveal the car, with lotsa dry ice smoke... Oh erm, one of the at the door was quite chio... We also managed to get a joyride at the test track. The guy did slaloms, ABS-braking, and lane change (moose test). Quite fun, except that I was only a passenger. Hehe, saw some ah pek, getting uptight during the ride. Well, braking performance was not bad actually. On the whole, the car is very stable, even under repeated directional changes. The guy was explaining that it's the electronics that give the car it's stability. It's called ESP, whatever that stands for. During the moose test, the car fishtailed a bit, but ESP kept things in check. Build quality of the car is good. Feels solid. And it's significantly more spacious than the previous model. Fireswan Neutral Newbie May 23, 2005 Share May 23, 2005 emmm ... i test-drive it yesterday ... it was quite good .. except the engine is quite noisy ... however .. i am curious .. how long will it take for the price t drop ?? cuz i nv bought a conti. car b4 ... thks .. and lastly ... issit more worth it to buy a mondeo since a mondeo cost 83900 whereas a focus cost 76900 ?? Acemundo Supercharged May 23, 2005 Share May 23, 2005 bro its a matter of personal preference mah some buy a car to chiong. some buy a car to show off some buy a car for novelty (newness) mondeo is a dated design. it depends on what you want in a car. my view is for time being i still see no need for myself to get 2litre car.....so even if 2litre better than 1.6litre, so wat. Fireswan Neutral Newbie May 23, 2005 Share May 23, 2005 anyway .. if u say so .. then focus will be a good model to drive ... haha .. personally tt is my view .. anyway when i went for a test drive yesterday at ubi .. the se serving me show me a couple of tricks .. cornering at 80km/h without brake and braking at 60km/h ... however i am curious .. if mazda 3 share many key comp. with the focus ... how come when driving both .. the mazda 3 is plain .. however focus is so filled with trilled ??
