My Vezel front and side solar film is having some bubbles. it has been slightly more than a month since i got the car.

SE told me it will go off over times.

It is not super ugly. Just that it is not perfect. can see it when cleaning car.

Should i be bother about this?

I talked to one guy who mod his Vezel already.. told me 170+ with 1 hand driving with ease, another guy had overhit 180 on the meter.. Basically depends what kinda car u wanna have, sporty lowered and fast, or just the normal BnB car like we all have now.. or mod it like an SUV..

For me i'm just driving till the warranty ends b4 i decide.. maybe lower the car, change the exhaust, etc.. Car parts don't last as long, esp with my heavy driving.. so needa think in a few years time..

Wow, shiok to heard this, 170 with 1 hand, do u know what he modified? Not becoz I want to fast drive, but if can get more stable, then more safe....

Hi Everyone, i'm new to the forum and thanks for the comprehensive discussions on the vezel. I'm planning on purchasing the vezel for my mother, have spoken to Carrency Trading at turf club. Anyone dealt with them before ?

He's on Tein suspension if i'm not wrong,.. but tbh.. if u really want stable.. CUVs are not the way to go.. if u lowered with aftermarket parts.. make it look like a giant hatchback.. Cus of the CG..

Anyone has vitas inspection issue for their vehicles not being delivered on time recently?

My dealer keep delaying and said vitas inspection is bottleneck...

Actually if one is looking for more stable and lower CG ride, then i'm afraid vezel is not the best choice, or rather SUV/Crossover is not what you should be looking at.

Yes, you can mod suspension, lower your ride, but this will just simply made your vezel look like a hatchback. I agree some model of suv may look nicer, sportier & fiercer, but sadly mostly are just not that nice after lowered.

Can only think of the Forrester and the old CRV..

Any PI selling Vezel with Honda Sensing ? Any estimated timeline and damage ?

the Honda Sensing package cost about $800 or so.

unfortunately PI jacked up the price for new model with honda sensing.

they want to clear current stock.

certain things you can add yourself but for this (honda sensing) i think it needs factory install.

previously got buyer who wanted the paddle shifter but did not want to pay for S model.

he bought the X model and upgrade each other possible bits.

ran into a dead end for paddle shifter as the gear configuration is different.

I saw the Honda sensing youtube video and all the controls setup is via  HU.

I have a strong suspicion that Honda sensing might need dedicated HU and cannot use 3rd party.

If use 3rd party HU i would think need expertise and familiarity with Honda wiring system.

if time permits its best to wait than rather be the first.

should be on our shores by sept some say as early as June. I dont know. just heard rumours. :)

ah.. so that's the reason why it keeps getting reactivated again.. haaha..

me really noob.

I thought I didn't step on the brakes properly...zzzz

That was my first reaction too.. hahahaha

Anyway does it really matter how long the engine is being deactivated? Weather is simply too hot to adjust aircon temp to 26-27'c just to get a minute or so. So crazy to do that!

LTA have a stipulated time frame to clear VITAS inspection.

Usually delay is not caused by LTA but improper or missing documentation/s needed and/or appropriate taxes not paid.

As long as everything is in order should be able to clear in 4 to 6 weeks.

download this and checkout Rickstopel S model self import process and cost.

Pay attention to when shipment arrives in SG and when Vitas is cleared.

If the duration of engine stop is longer especially during long traffic light condition, it would be worth the while to turn on start/stop function. If it lasts just a few seconds or even a minute, imho, it is not worth doing it at the expense of the engine mount as car vibrates when restarting.
