trajet2b 4th Gear March 24, 2016 Share March 24, 2016 wow sounds very complicated to wire up. any recommeded workshop that can do this cheap and good? no matter what, if you want the internal type, must go to tyre shop to install. as for the monitoring display its just a power cord from cigarette lighter socket. display mounting can be on the supplied holder or most people velco to the console panel. If need to hide wiring(nicer) then have to pay small installation fee. ↡ Advertisement

Wiiuwii 1st Gear March 24, 2016 Share March 24, 2016 wow sounds very complicated to wire up. any recommeded workshop that can do this cheap and good? the Orange TPMS comes with Cigarette socket. Temporarily you can plug it in and get your Pressure and Voltage readings. It's not very complicated but requires a little of your weekend time (at most an hour) if you want to connect it to your fusebox.
Bluebellas Clutched March 24, 2016 Share March 24, 2016 My latio is coming to the end of it's 10 yr term and I am considering the Vezel. Based on outlook, I am a little concerned as I have short legs. This seems a big car to me, but is attractive in terms of pricing and FC. I would like to test drive this car but based on what I heard, most PI dun allow test-drive. Any bro/sis here can recommend a PI that you have had a good experience with? Vinzntonic 4th Gear March 24, 2016 Share March 24, 2016 Huh The RS model still no turbo yet ?? Honda tech only recently introduce Turbo to their Type R.. so i guess they're still in the pipeline of testing out turbos for their other units.. Maybe will be Civic next before we can see other models getting turbo..

Any idea which version of vezel I may be getting? Possible to get the one with Honda Sensing? Honda Sensing is an option for X model. Its an extra $800 or so for Sensing package. http://www.mycarforum.com/topic/2700594-honda-vezel-part-2/?p=5767641 also check the honda sensing technology info from actual Honda site not from car reviewers of from rumour mongers. :) as shown in the attachment image. every single feature are explained in this link. drool on for those hoping to hop on to the car 'of the future' I anticipate more electronics will be embedded into future cars. there is no turning back :) http://world.honda.com/automobile-technology/hondasensing/ Edited March 24, 2016 by trajet2b

U can go to Honda showroom to test drive a HRV to get a feel of it as Vezel and HRV are pretty similar. That's what I did. Good drive.

Really dont know what you will get but i highly doubt your PI will add in a lot of packaging options as this will cost money. Of course, unless you specifically request and your PI agree to customise for you. For self import you can really get what you want but if yours is the 'special" one and only, repair and parts can be a challenge. here is the current offerings. just the base G, X and RS (without additional options)

trajet2b 4th Gear March 25, 2016 Share March 25, 2016 (edited) Can we install the after market sensing. i am not an expert but this is just my hunch. Not so easily as you need the proper wirings for the camera and radar sensors at different positions. The most challenging part i would think, is the ECU mapping as well as the alarm display in main console display and controls in Head unit. i could be wrong though. to me this kind of things should be best from factory install. you should have wait if you really want these technology. :) Edited March 25, 2016 by trajet2b
