Anyone knows what's the latest cost for the Airwave? The newspaper says its 52k, but i think should not be so cheap, must be those w/o COE right?

Ur rite, non guaranteed coe. So be prepared to be played around. usually airwave should range between 62-68k. moonroof version. squeeze the pi and slower u shall get ur car.

Can I say that most of you guys bot from Parallel Import?

 

Last week, I saw a promotion selling Airwave at $52K (with guaranteed COE). But muz book on the day itself.

Airwave is a JDM model and is only brought in by Parallel Importers.

 

If you see an advertise price that is so low, better be careful, there is usually a catch to it.

 

Airwave price right now should still be in th region of $60k and more..

I'm considering of getting an Airwave soon.. but saw from another discussion saying that car prices are dropping.. hmm.. should I wait?

 

I've checked with a PI today, with the active package, the airwave with moonroof is abt 61500. -2k without the active package. But have also checked with another PI, they quote me 1.5k for the active package though the car price is slightly more ex, abt 1k more.

 

Hmm.. by the way, I know this has been discussed, anyone can tell me which PI that I should avoid when i'm looking for my ride? Also, what should I look out for when dealing with PI?

That's what I feel too.

 

One of the catch is that we have to take a loan from them which is expensive than usual bank loan. From 3.5% to 4.25%

I was told that the active package include the spoilers and visors (and some other body kits), splash-proof fabric seats, integrated fog lamps, ruberized back, etc. Which i think is quite worth to get.
