Hondag8 Neutral Newbie April 28, 2006 Share April 28, 2006 Hi all airwavers! Finally got my new ride yesterday after a long 2 months wait.. Was very satisfied with it's performance so far as compared to my previous ride.. But something bad happened just after my first trip it.. Something flew off from the bonnet. It's a rubber piece on the side of the black strip below the wind screen..went back to the dealer today but had to wait 6 weeks for part to be imported ***Warning to all potential airwavers out there waiting to collect their ride, pls check the security of this "rubber" before accepting your ride.My 2 cents. Pp_75 Neutral Newbie April 30, 2006 Share April 30, 2006 Hi, like to find out is it necessary to fix the film since the Airwave is already tinted?? I understand that the original dark film is to prevent light only, not meant for radiation...if so did u tint the MR as well? thanks
Airwave001 Neutral Newbie April 30, 2006 Share April 30, 2006 Tint everything available at 3M. privacy glass is dark but offers no uv protection, still hot when sunny. solar film reduces IR and UV which let u feel less heat ↡ Advertisement
