If you had to give up one of the above to save the earth, which would it be? More than meats the eye in fight against global warming Many of us here are both car lovers and foodies, so this is a really tough choice. I know there is a makan corner section but decided to ask here since L&E section is more commonly accessed by fellow MCFers & thus more updated info can be gleamed. Not looking forward to those ex restaurants but cheaper, more "affordable" places please. So any fellow beef lovers like to share?

But it's only a knuckle cut, though. Not the prized prime-rib or tenderloin. But given that those 2 are ~$130 per kg, I think the knuckle is fine enough. Going to cook it later tonight..... Found it at NTUC Finest in Clementi. Saw that the guy selling it has 'Culina' on his apron. Culina should be the one selling all the gourmet food stuff in dempsey ba? Maybe I'll check again.... Bought nearly half a KG. Going to cook it...BLUE! WOOOooooo

was doing glossaries at fairprice@jp one fine weekday after work and felt like making steak... a sudden surge of memories back in Aussie where good steak beef is available everywhere... student time, trying to cook every meal to save... but after looking around the whole fairprice (at basement), all I can find is those rock hard frozen beef... geezzz... so ya, any accessible place around the west that sells quality steak beef meat?
