  1. 3 counts of rape in 20 minutes? How is this even physically possible?? Mind-boggling... How does the law define "one count"?
  2. A 38-year-old man yesterday pleaded guilty to raping and sodomising his half-sister with the help of his wife. The former car grooming coordinator at a petrol kiosk also pleaded guilty to one count of possession of obscene films. The accused, who has been charged with four counts of rape and six of sexual assault, assaulted his half-sister over two days between March 12 and 14 in 2010. The victim, a 21-year-old factory worker, shares the same mother with the accused and is mildly mentally retarded. She was sent to the accused's home, after her other half-brother and his wife, with whom she was living, were upset she wanted to quit her job as a counter staff. At about midnight, the accused told the girl he wanted "to punish her" and wanted her to "feel pain". He told her to remove her clothes, proceeded to remove his and told her to turn around. He then instructed his wife to hold on to the girl's legs and raped her. Throughout the night, the girl pleaded with the accused not to hurt her. He ignored her and at one point hit her head with an ashtray. The victim was unable to run away from the accused's flat the next day as she was watched over by his wife while the accused went to work. When he returned, the accused told his wife to put on a pornographic movie and called for the girl to sit beside him. He then had sexual intercourse with his wife, forcing the victim to "watch and learn from them". Later in the night, he sodomised her. She was subsequently conveyed to the KK Women's and Children's Hospital and a genital examination revealed a ripped vulva and swollen anus. The case has been adjourned for mitigation next Monday. The maximum penalty for rape is 20 years' jail and 24 strokes of the cane while the possession of obscene films incurs a fine of S$1,000 for each film, not exceeding S$40,000 or up to 12 months imprisonment or both. http://www.todayonline.com/Singapore/EDC12...ing-half-sister
  3. Home > Breaking News > Courts and Crime > Story Sep 5, 2008 SIA steward accused of rape A SINGAPORE Airlines (SIA) steward has been held in Abu Dhabi on suspicion of raping a colleague at a hotel there. The airline yesterday said a member of its cabin crew was detained by the authorities in the United Arab Emirates, following allegations made against him by another crew member. The victim is said to have been a relatively new recruit, although the suspect is supposedly more senior and in a supervisory role. The man and his alleged victim are said to have served on the same route between Singapore and Abu Dhabi, but arrived in the city one day apart. The incident is said to have occurred last Saturday and the victim made a police report there. According to Chinese evening newspaper Lianhe Wanbao, the man is married with a young child and his wife is pregnant. It is believed a hotel worker let the suspect into the victim's room, where he then raped her. The Straits Times understands the victim arrived back in Singapore soon after the alleged rape was reported. The accused is still in remand in Abu Dhabi. 'Singapore Airlines is providing both the crew with the maximum possible support,' said the airline's spokesman Stephen Forshaw. http://www.straitstimes.com/Breaking%2BNew...ory_275264.html will they impose islamic law and chop chop his head?
