Summit haven started already so happening! TWO SOUTH KOREAN MEDIA PERSONNEL ARRESTED FOR CRIMINAL TRESPASS On 7 June 2018 at about 3.50pm, the Police received a report of a case of criminal trespass into the residence of the Ambassador of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. Two South Korean men, aged 42 and 45, who were representing the Korean Broadcasting System News, were arrested in relation to the case. One 31-year-old South Korean man, who was representing the Korean Broadcasting System News, is under investigations. Another 29-year-old South Korean man, who was the guide and interpreter for the group, is also under investigations. The three men who were representing the Korean Broadcasting System News are not accredited media personnel in Singapore. Police investigations are ongoing. Anyone convicted of criminal trespass under Section 447 of the Penal Code, Chapter 224, may be punished with imprisonment of up to three months, or a fine of up to $1,500, or both. The Police would like to remind all foreigners visiting Singapore to abide by our laws. Those who break the law will be dealt with firmly, and this may include termination of visas and repatriation. Am watching the press conference on MH 370 and it seems the journalists thereblikes to assume many thi.gs and dont really ask intelligently. So id like to make some assumptions myself, that journalists are not that smart, just like the ones we have here.

recent hoo haa abt the toyota recall articles all over the newspaper.. it makes me ponder over the "BIG BIG" figures to make the news look damn "BIG" thing... so much disparity from the lastest figure given by LTA.. makes me wonder if the reporters are socially responsible for wat they have written, with Singaporean's kiasu nature, the "BIG BIG" figures probably would have cause some roaring problems with the ppl in automotive industry, endless query from concerned owners.... is all this necessary??? wat kind of moral values are our reporters, newspaper holding when they actually publish such articles to create a big stir... really makes one ponder.
