Neutral Newbie

Select shampoo specially meant for windscreen.

If mama lemon is used, it may wear off your wax if reside on paintwork of car.

Mine is just plain water [:)] If you were to put some solution into your wiper reservior, it has better to be windscreen solutions other than mama lemon or other dish washing detergents cos i believe that it will spoil the paintwork of your ride under long term when you turn on the nozzle to spray it [;)]

When doing my 40k servicing, saw the mechnic add in 1 small bottle of liquid into the wiper reservoir [rolleyes] ask him what is it for, he say is a liquid cleaner for the windscreen.

I did try the diluted mama lemon onto my previous ride because the windscreen always judder whenever I turn on the wiper.

Therefore everytime it judder , I 'll spray and it will become smooth 'for a few wipes' before it judder again.

I understand that wiper juddering is a pain in the xss [:|] cos i had it on my previous rides before [shakehead] Basically try out everything i.e Mama lemon, wind screen wax, windscreen wash to put in reservior and even to the extent of changing a pair of $60 ++ wipers [hur] In the end, i used Autoglym All Weather Windscreen Wash plus the Windscreen Polish then everything is [thumbsup]

Bro, normally i jus pour about 5-6 caps using the cap cover and then fill it up with plain water to about half of those spray bottle (Standard size white color type) used for spraying plants [:)] Normally, i overdose one [:p] but so far so [thumbsup] It has actually eliminated 99% of the wiper juddering for my current ride [;)]

I guess is that wiper wash causes algae to grow inside the tank. No problem with that until you disturb the tank and loosen the algae. Then the algae pieces will make their way to the nossels when you use the wiper wash and get stuck there. Soon water will not come out anymore when you activate the wiper washer.

For wiper juddering , I went to autobac and bought a bottle of those 'oil film remover' which cost around <$10 from japan and just apply on windscreen and wipe away immediately.

After that , the wiper never judder anymore .

guys, the sound on yr windscreen when wiped is due to dirt, oil film or any form of dirt that got stuck. This can be removed if u use cheap cheap mamalemon and a sponge to wash yr windscreen. remember to rinse the mamalemon off after that. I do that each weekend when after I shampoo my car bcos the remaining wax from the shampoo [ i use wash n wax]on windscreen can cause the noise when the wiper moves across. After washing with MML and rinse off the wiper is quiet when it wipes.

Actually Klasse AIO also does the work.

For your wiper maintenace, I read somewhere that you can use the wiper wash to wipe the rubber blade when you clean it.
