Vit4wd 1st Gear June 23, 2007 Author Share June 23, 2007 This is a weird law. So I might as well drive with bald tyres, knowing that if my car is involved in an acident with another car, and it is my fault, the otehr party cannot claim against my insurance and I will not lose my 50% NCD. Meanwhile, I just get my car repaired outside and pay for the bill myself.
