I am complaining that Taxis drivers are getting richer, can afford spare cash to MOD a car that does not even belong to them. There are other postings of red taxi adorning wings, etc.

Why do the taxi company ALLOWS such mod in the first place?

 

What is stopping another red taxi driver to soup up his ride with 19" sport rims?

 

A free lunch will be offered to anyone who can post me a piture of a local red taxi with 19" sport rims!

 

P.S. I think those black color owner's self taxi they can modifiy anything since its belong to them.

so what if taxi drivers are getting richer and can afford to mod their taxis, which may not even belong to them? It's their money, right? They can do what they wish to with it as long as it is within the laws, right? It's not as if these "special" taxis are charging you more per ride because they are modded, right?

You don't need to understand my rantings...this is precisely why I put it in complaint section.

 

My line of thought is why are taxi drivers modding the taxis that do no belong to them.

 

For us, after paying off the car loans in 3-7yrs, eventually the car will belongs to us. So can mod, and also the 'preception' is that the car belongs to us(while still under loan)

 

For the taxi's case, it will Never belongs to them. Why would they want to 'waste' money to mod a car that way? Why is the company allowing such mods?

Maybe they think that this mod is good because even if taxi don't belong to them, the exhaust tip belongs to them wat.. and they can remove and put on any other car/taxi subsequently...
