I am complaining that Taxis drivers are getting richer, can afford spare cash to MOD a car that does not even belong to them. There are other postings of red taxi adorning wings, etc.

Why do the taxi company ALLOWS such mod in the first place?

 

What is stopping another red taxi driver to soup up his ride with 19" sport rims?

 

A free lunch will be offered to anyone who can post me a piture of a local red taxi with 19" sport rims!

P.S. I think those black color owner's self taxi they can modifiy anything since its belong to them.

I don't believe this, doesn't affect YOU in any way, so why the fxxk do you care if the driver has extra cash to spare or if the company allows etc etc etc. Seriously, WTF are you complaining about? [hur]

 

If you're CURIOUS to know why the driver did the modification, then post under the usual folders, NOT complaints. Freakin Uni undergrad don't even know how to post properly under relevant sections, who the hell are you trying to bluff? [thumbsdown]

btw, correction. When the car is still on HP, it's rightful owner is actually the loan company. So most of us are actually toying with others' cars also.

Yes...I was out gunned by this taxi at this left turn....that is why I am ranting here. Didn't realised that this model taxi can be more powerful than SSS.

who say taxi driver must be poor? what's wrong with taxi driver being rich? u can be rich (cos u have a rich dad), others cannot be rich lah??

[nod] every one deserves to work hard and make more money and after working so hard, having to spare some cash to buy a few poisons to pamper one self is good [thumbsup]

 

We do that also and why not the taxi driver?

 

My company driver, he does up the company van with his own money, adding audio system and sun shade and that make him feels good and others get to benefit from it too... [;)]

 

Yesterday I got to sit in a taxi after so long, (car in workshop [smallcry] ) hearing the taxi driver pouring his hardship being a taxi driver now is sad.... long hrs, high rental fee, crazy and demanding passengers ... making end meets is getting harder.

 

If we can do things to try to make our working space more present, why cant they??

 

(but if they mod a turbo charge or super charge their car then [dizzy] )

i think you ought to forward ur concern to the relevant taxi companies since those cabs are on rental basis to the hired drivers.

 

and you're right, yellowtop cabs are the only cabs on the rd that actually belong to the drivers.

 

i've seen some super weird taxis which can be totally out of this world with all sorts of tuning houses badges plastered all over the taxi's exterior. kinda bad for the taxi company's image if u ask me.
