you mean during redemption? I almost never book it thru the telephone system coz booking online for redemptions, you save 15%.

 

I call the sq reservations and KF 24hr service line pretty often but most of the time I felt they were locals. Unlike some companies where the call centres are outsourced to somewhere far away. But anyway I like to call at odd hours since they operate 24hrs. Coz evening time....it's mostly impossible to get thru.

I had 41k miles on Emirates. Anyone know what I can do with it if I have no to intention of using it to upgrade or make further bookings with them?

SQ each miles can sell between 2.5 to 5cents depending on the destinations.

 

Take note : Selling of miles are illegal (must be careful). 

Your account may be ban and miles confiscated by the Airlines.
