Somehow i thk the commandos aren't the best runners compared to the naval divers. correct me if i'm wrong

The fastest SOC timing was not from CDO. The fastest 2.4 is also not from CDO. I don't think NDU as well. If you been in Hendon camp, or have close frens, you'll know it's not about speed. It's about going on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on.

Really envy ppl who can run like the wind. During NSF I ran every alternate day together with my CSM, end up he get gold while I'm stuck @ 10.25...

During the 3 rounds of 800m then, 1st round = fighting off asthma.[sweatdrop]

2nd round is gasping for breath.[dizzy]

3rd round is legs tired liao.[laugh]

When ORD FFI, MO was surprised why I didn't get IPPT gold. He checked the reason why I was PES B and said I have blood condition known as alpha thalassaemia [:(] I just wonder is it physically possible to ever get IPPT gold.. [:/]

pls ask his bro to win against the sengal folks..every year they win standchard marathon with timing of 2hrs10+min [jawdrop]

haha. marathon is different from 2.4km run lar. [smash]

u know how many 2.4km runs make up a marathon run? [sweatdrop]

Chances are, when his bro complete 2.4 in so-called 6 mins, oredi peng-san. [laugh]

Instead, should ask sengal folks to compete in 2.4 with his bro.

That would be interesting..

you could be right. All along, commandos are known more for overall fitness than running ability.

But their 2.4 timing also quite impressive, though not as good as those pure runners lah.

I have a commando friend. His 2.4 time only 8+ mins, but he can do 20+ chin-ups, SBJ 260+, shuttle run abt 9+...

Their pet event is chin-ups..
