Why James Phang's name not in any ROC registered companies.

James Phang, the man behind Sunshine Empire? Think he is "advisor" to those companies. So if sway sway anything goes wrong, he will juz slap slap back side and leave. Authorities cant do anything to him, no need to pay back anything if company kanna sue, those registered under ROC will be in trouble.

depends on when the ROCB data is based. he may hv been appointed after the last AGM was filed and ROCB will generally take in wat was filed.

Coz in singapore law,bankrupt cannot register new companies...so if this company fail,he can set up another 1,of coz with other people's name.

who is james phang?

ok for those who are around my time, they will remember the famous NOP (No. 1 product) which James set up in 1995/96 after his stint as reporter or something like that. Along the way, he was a door-to-door salesman since age 14. Then in the recent years, somehow he is now representing the famous Sunshine Empire, 2003. The companies and websites were mostly registered in and after 2006, before that , they were totally non-existent

 

This is under umbrella of Empire Group Alliance International which is now trying to build some world class tourist attraction in malacca and they have dealings in Asia Pacific.

 

So you see, he is good in MLM...frankly i was one of his ka-kia then in NOP...was a manager in one of the lines...hahaha.

 

One thing to note, James Phang, 48 is now under the scrutiny of the MAS liao...
