another impt thing to start planning is gifts for guests..

 

newly wedded couples like to buy small wedding toys such as mice or bear bridegrooms and bride.

 

Abt the gifts, we dun find that it is impt lah... Just normal will do.

only went to the 1 at Yishun many moons back...

tot its was quite nice then...

if budget can afford the 1 at Raffles Marina at Tuas is good...

but getting there for non car owners is

30-40 tables with good view of the stage(if they even have one) will be hard for many good restaurants.

 

Maybe you can think about booking a hall at suntec convention. Nice environment and also plenty of private space for cocktail reception just outide the hall.

Try Tung Lok group of restaurants. The food is not bad and price can be reasonable depending on the choice of restaurant.

 

Ok...but i ned to check their location & price etc but from what i've knwn, there are a few outlets rite? Which outlet is nice?

Tiap keh luan... If they can afford it then okie lah... But for those bugetted ones, cannot spend too much...

 

You want the dinner to pay for itself, for restaurant per table should not exceed $600 - $700... For hotel, per table should not exceed $800... Looking at the market rate, holding your wedding dinner at hotels will have you tiapping like mad...

actually for good view stage,30-40 tables and budget and good service,M hotel is not bad...for saturday is about 700+..if weekdays can consider to work within budget

Mine's at Clarke Quay... But that was in 2002 liao... The entire Clarke Quay changed quite a bit liao right? I have not been there since my wedding dinner...
