From the poll i get yesterday, i noticed lot of bro here have saving of 100k at least. how do you make so much of money? any tips on increase the money.

1. Live frugally, don't buy car, don't eat at restaurants except on big occasions.

2. Get rid of your credit cards.

3. Invest in low-cost diversified financial instruments. Don't gamble on the stock market.

4. Use contraception.

5. And most importantly, don't live beyond your means.

 

Then you can save 100k and more.

11. Go do bulk-purchase with siblings' households for necessities.

 

Then you can save 100k and more.

A typical 1.6L Japanese car can cost u $15K per year in installments & running cost.

 

Tahan 6yr 8months without a car and you can save $100K If you are driving a conti or more expensive make, then saving $100K will be even faster if you can go without it

You have 52x3 = 156 chances to buy a year.

hmm..that's what some of my friends did cos most of their calls came thru their hp.

 

as for the newspapers thingy, last time before they hv someone dispensing it, i always saw my neighbours uncle n aunty carting alot back to sell. for me, getting those papers are redundant cos i subscribe to the local papers.

 

basically, for me i try to stick to my hsehold budget.

One way is to get more wives. Of course wives must be working.

in the household, who is the spendthrift and who is the saver? pass money and financial matters to the saver!

 

1. dun spend on expensive holidays. a drive into malaysia or short trip to bintam once a year can liao.

2. dun spend on luxuries like clothing, shoes, etc. buy wat is necessary and nice.

3. dun spend on more expensive things when a cheap and good will do. e.g. normal tv instead of 50" lcd. or samsung instead of sony. every dollar counts!

4. dun buy car but if u need a car, get a basic one. i started off with used wira when i dun have tat much disposable cash. pump ron 92!

5. dun smoke

6. dun drink

7. dun spend on gals

8. dun go restaurant. hawker or food court can liao.

9. dun drink gourmet coffee. kopi-o can liao.

10. dun go cinema. rent the dvd!

 

 

trick is dun spend unnecessarily. trying to stop spending altogether is meaningless. u either break and go havoc or u find meaning of life diminishing.

I give you very big tip, as long as you earn a reasonable amount of money you can save more then $100k!

 

Those who earn alot of money does not mean they are rich or have alot of savings.

 

It is those who spend less then they earn, that is how to have cold hard cash.

 

Simply put, tip to incease money is spend less then what you earn. Cut away you luxuries if you have to!

Own car doesn't mean cannot save money.

 

Just dun do the following:

-dun spend on bodykits.

-dun zhng your engine & exhaust.

-dun buy expensive sports rim.

-dun accelerate unnecessarily.

-dun install expensive ICE.

-forget about detailing, get ah neh to wash car everyday.

 

This is a car forum. How can say dun buy car? Unless u cannot afford to maintain it. If u can save 100k, buy small car is not asking for too much? U work so hard and dun pamper yourself, die already 100k goes puff! cannot bring along with u.
