Maybe it is a intense walk training for ppl who fail IPPT gold and silver standard.

Actually intense fast walking can be more siong than running... [sweatdrop]

he's just bloody weak........

the army's purpose is to protect the weak.

in most armies, it's the opposite - regging etc serves to punish the weak instead.

Life is strange..

Got pple age 40yrs old suddenly pass away after breathing difficulties at home with no history of illness..got pple age 30+ can pass away after a run on treadmill...then got pple 80+ yrs old so fragile and yet got blood in brain but still manage to survive compared to pple that are much younger..

This is destiny..

He's obese and asmathic. Common among children nowadays.

Agree. Most of the obese teenagers I know has asthma in varying degrees as well.

Sigh

I don't look forward to 3 yrs later when i receive my diploma and i must get into the torture grounds.

Kns.

I am scared of death I admit.

Death closes doors to riches, fames and cars.

That is one thing i don't want.

Not the first time recruits have died during training and will not be the last either.

Believe the kid already had underlying health problems to begin with. Not defending SAF,

Kids nowadays hardly get out of the home to exercise, it's computer games, fried/ fast foods etc

makes them time bombs, so to speak, just don't know when that ticker will just stop and the guy drop dead.

A common problem is plague in the heart, well google it up and you will know, also, with regards to one bro who

said running on threadmill also drop dead, well, if you don't recover from the flu virus, proper recovery aka 2 weeks

and you start on strenuous exercises again, it will affect your heart and thus........unsure.gif

End of the day, personal opinion, if you don't take care of yourself, no one can and will. unimpressed.gif
