Tigershark1976 Turbocharged June 18, 2008 Share June 18, 2008 WAGES here have risen by close to 11 per cent, the highest in almost a decade. really??? inflation, at a 26-year high of 6.6 per cent, only 6.6%??? based on what??? And with annual inflation forecast at 6 per cent this year Only 6%??? I wonder how they derive the 6% from... did they know what is the inflation for the basic needs like food & shelter?? The report noted that on average, real earnings grew by 3.6 per cent compared to the same three-month period last year. Wah!!! so much ahh?? Workers made $4,316 a month on average this quarter. Average $4,316/ month?? sure or not?? The ministry's report showed a record 73,200 new jobs from January to March. This includes 46,500 in services, 14,500 in construction and 11,800 in manufacturing. are they refering to those bangla job??? ↡ Advertisement

Apollo 1st Gear June 18, 2008 Share June 18, 2008 Still, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong has said the best way to manage rising prices is to grow the economy so real incomes outpace inflation. now u know whose real incomes he referring to? the good news is that you soon hv chance to enjoy subsidies like form food queuing for free rations, some soon to expire other sponsors by shopowners, provided they still ard to sponsor. and you hv to get a chance to shake hand with the MP or ministars who hv no nid to dip into his wallet for that dole you gg to hold. good luck.. leemember to take pix and keep voting for them or be striked by lightning... LHL's acting blur.. when economy grows, the rich gets richer while the poor remains poor.. so how does that help the poor to handle inflation?? ↡ Advertisement
