Strawberrypink Neutral Newbie July 13, 2008 Share July 13, 2008 Anyone know what wood it is. MRT uses treated Kempas from MY for sleepers. And more recently Australian Karri and Jarah both of which are types of Eucalyptus. The wood with the best name , for me anyway is Selangan Batu i only know of one type - cedar wood nt sure about any others

Maxus-MIFA9 Supersonic July 13, 2008 Share July 13, 2008 Telok Blangah Hill Park which can be totally used up. You can walk there if you park at the former Gillman Camp (now Little Bali) and get to Henderson Waves via Alexandra Arch. Don't park at Hort Park. You have to pay. However, if you are parking at Little Bali, make sure you eat at the Czech microbrewery or the Indian/Thai/Indonesian Zhi Char restaurant at Frangipani Villa. Prices are not bad. Little Bali is expensive though. Thanks brother, will try this weekend.....

Boringchap Turbocharged May 1, 2018 Share May 1, 2018 Happy Labour Day 2018. I went to the Henderson Waves this morning and made some videos. It was crowded! Walking up to the Henderson Waves from Telok Blangah Park. (where I parked my car) Walking across the bridge to the other side, and then walking back. Hope you had a good day!
Boringchap Turbocharged May 1, 2018 Share May 1, 2018 Near to Henderson Waves (Telok Blangah side) would be the Forest Walk which leads you to Alexandra Road. After I finished with the Waves, I drove my car up the slope and managed to find a parking lot at a very small carpark, which was a great place to start my downhill walk on the Forest Walk. Here are 2 more videos. Downhill, towards Alexandra Road. Going uphill - started to rain, and I had to run! ↡ Advertisement
