Does this car really come with 6 airbags? How come other Mondeo's are advertised with only 2 front airbags on sgcarmart? Also, the OMV of 18K looks a bit low for its spec.

err.. maybe a better word should be generation... what i meant is Mondeo models has been in the market for a few generations already.. so, not new... [:p]

Just bought one and did consider this one that you have linked.

Got mine as a steal. With Full body kits, nano coated paint works, 17" rims with great tyres, 3M film for the windows, Anti Bacterial filters and full leather seats and 100,000km and 5 years warranty.

As for the Mondeo, it is a medium size car with reasonable fuel economy. Heavily built, roomy, boot can be bigger. The ride is good and solid, comparable to other of it class. Good thing is that it pumps about 145 hp, if you push the pedal.

As for resale....the price is not ideal. Somehow, it gives me the feeling that it can really last a long time for the car.

Hope it helps.

[laugh] then ur logic is we should be concern with new generation of cars and buying "older" generation model is a safer bet?... [sweatdrop]

nah... dont worry with mondeo lar... i agree we should be worry about new generation of car, for example, when toyota launch their "Soluna", those are the "new" car we should worry but not so much with vios since it's already the second generation... [:p]

free labour/oil u say ?

hmmm...seems like the catch is the 'wear & tear parts' ? Which part doesn't wear & tear in a car ? so what's covered in the warranty ?

also maintenance would include oil filter, sparkies, timing belt, water pump etc etc. depending on mileage during service. Only cover oil & labour u say ? not much difference to me .... [rolleyes]

Hmmm when my mum and I went to see the 2007 mondy at Kaki bukit carmart the sales fella said it only had the 3yrs/100000km warranty instead of the usual 5yrs given by Regent.
