Motorbike?? That is So not interesting hahahahaha

People who cannot afford a car will buy a motorbike. They are indeed a menance on the road. Pick-up good because of low weight but at high speed cannot even come close to a car. Thanks to a bike preventing me hitting above 140kmph on CTE!

dat's where u are wrong dude.

my friend came back from germany, he was doing 280 on the autobahn in a porsche. he told me he was chatting with a friend when they saw a motorbike come up from behind them. *this part is so cool* the biker got up next to the porsche, looked at the driver and zoomed off if they were staying still....

Encountered this in NSH.. By a Singapore-registered bike somemore.. But i am not doing 280.. only 180 km/h, my maximum limit.. Even so, I felt my car is like stationary compared to this bike. He must have been at least 250 km/h.. Because in less than 1 min, i lost sight of him.. sweatdrop.gif

BTW, dun bother replying to that driftk1ng.. clone, troll..

Hello!

So, what's the HIGHEST SPEED you've ever driven using the car you OWN?

I'd be glad if someone can share his car rated top-speed vs the actual highest speed ever achieved on his car?

My car's a Hafei Minz and its top speed is 110km/h. Over the weekend, I took a couple of friends to Johor for a yummy dinner. I travelled on the Malaysian highway for the first time via the 2nd Link. Guess what, I pushed my Minz to close to 130 km/h (can't read that clearly due to the car shaking)! Phew! It was such an astounding feat for me! But I need quite a long stretch of highway to do that and I dare not push it any further as the car got rather shaky.

Please share your experience.

Thanks.

110 km/h is maximum i would go in singapore [:)]

actually I sometimes dont understand

why want to beat the maximum allowed road limit

why want to help the government reserve become bigger

why want to get those demerit point so that you can hang it up the wall

why want to risk killing yourself and your passenger, if one thinks life is not worth living there are better and less painful ways

the car is design a top speed of 110km/h by exceeding it it is just plain stupid

what is everybody trying to prove that they got a better car

more manly than the other forumers

better driver

this thread is not promoting safe driving

What car is that that's so shaky at 130. More than 20 yrs ago, I had a datsun 120Y and it managed 130 with 4 pax. Could still go but I was a newbie that time and the highway is unlike present day expressway.

Neutral Newbie
[reply]

did 228 on NSH on my previous ride - CL7A with speed limiter removed.

at that speed car is still stable.

recently clock 205 on my KM ody but it takes forever getting there.

the K20A is a Gem thumbsup.gifthumbsup.gifthumbsup.gif

just one question, the diff between the KM Ody and PI is the gear box, right? KM is 5 speed Auto where PI is CVT?

I heard that the PI CVT can be tuned to have more ponies.

yes k-series engine is quite solid.

for CL7A running on k20a, can feel that it has more to offer but

not balls enough to try.

for ody running on k24, the car is very heavy, so it was quite a struggle to get it over 200. no chance to try PI version, so cannot comment and yes KM ody is 5 speed auto.

Bro you will be surprise abt K24 on KM ody RB1. We did a few times from KL highway to Tuas 2nd Link in 2.5hrs.

RB1 hitting 200km/h is very easy after passing 180km/h mark. We (group drive) last hit ..... hehehehe

i understand your concern [nod]

but speeding is just too addictive for many and hence u see speedsters almost everywhere. it is like sex, once u tried it, u'll keep wanting more [nosebleed][nosebleed][nosebleed]

but to be fair, 110 km/h isn't really that fast, and singapore speed limit of 90 km/h is just too low IMO. To me, the dangerous group out there is not really the speedsters, but rather the road hoggers and tailgaters because road hoggers create tailgaters and tailgaters create accidents when the road hoggers suddenly become standstill [dizzy]

last but not least, agreed with u that this thread is not promoting safe driving, but i have seen far too many ppl driving dangerously at low speed compared to those driving high speed defensively at NSH [:)]

yes, killing and dying itself is not addictive, but speeding is and unfortunately speeding does lead to killing and dying for some [shakehead]

i am glad that we still have ppl like you who value lives more than excitement [thumbsup]

that is something i failed terribly and am still trying to overcome it [:(]

Hmmmm... let's see...

Cruising at 200km/h along the NSHW from SG to KL with the needle at the max when I used to drive my Toyota Vios

As for my S15 Silvia, I only went up to 180km/h with it as it's one heck of a tail-happy car. Don't want to be drifting on the NSHW at that kind of speed should anything go wrong... sweatdrop.gif

As for sideway drift speeds, my maximum was around 110 km/h entry speed on 3rd gear at 6,500 rpm on full throttle
