Buy the coach or ant traps. They can be found in the convenience shops in the petrol kiosks. Worked like a charm for me. [;)]

Daiso, only $2 for 6 traps [thumbsup]

Apart from those traps, you can explore using those Wipeout style bait for cockroaches and ants. Put one under each row of seats and in the boot. Change it every 3 to 4 months.

Essentially, when the cockroaches or ants come and eat, they'll carry some poison back to their nest and help kill the rest.

Sometimes the choice of parking spot can also make a difference. Some tress have ants nesting in them and once your car is in the way of their usual food trail, they'll automatically 'colonise' your car as a new point in the route.

This happens to my ride two months ago...

These are methods which I have tries, and considered [thumbsdown]

1. Park my ride under HOT sun

2. Stop eating in car

3. see one, kill one.

This method proven effective [thumbsup]

1. Get the ant poison from DIY shop; feed and encourage them to carry back to their nest...

better still ..try to locate their nest and place the posion on their path...For mine, the nest is the front left door panel. [rifle][rifle]

I actually had a 'nice' encounter with the cockroach. One morning while i just stepped into the car. I thought i saw something moving, but it was quite dark in the CP and cant see properly, so nevermind, i continue to drive. So as i drive out, i was on the phone ( headset used. ) When i was out of the CP, i was shocked to see one young couple of cockroaches having their honeymoon on my meter area... walao i actually shouted F to my boss on the other line -.- [sweatdrop][sweatdrop][sweatdrop]

usually my boot is empty, i went to buy a small sofa back, bro and i carried it and put it into our boot and i saw a mini cockroach running around my boot area, so in amk hub's carppark, i just screamed and took my shoe to try and get it away, during all this action the sofa dropped and squashed the cockroach, abit too grossed out, i requested for a new sofa. haha.

i had this problem when i once parked under a tree, my car was full of ants. I went to buy those Ant peanuts (looks like peanuts) and pour around, in between doors, within 1 week or so, all ants are gone. I did the same for my house too, now ants free.

I had the cockroach prob earlier too.

1) Just buy some pandan leaves, cut and bundle

them into a few bundles. Place them at different

location of your car.

2) Buy the cockroach trap from Daiso too. it helps

to catch the stubborn ones.

3) Bake your car under the sun with all the

doors open.

The above works for me, no more cockroaches since

then. Good luck!
