Loads of such recipes on the web. Or if you prefer a Chinese chicken dish, how about mah yew ji? Some sesame oil into the pan. Heat up. Throw in slices of ginger. Fry till fragrant. Add in chicken wing/drumstick/parts. stir fry it. Add some oyster sauce and soy sauce to taste. Lastly, don't forget put in some hua diao jiu for that zi xhar flavour. Can add some dried chilli bits together with the ginger if you want some bite. Above recipe is from memory. May not be totally correct. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
