Super jam at BKE today

Was traveling to BKE from Dairy Farm Rd this morning and found that the jam is extremely bad and that result only 1 lane passable which on the 1st. Accident occurred before the flyover and my wife took a photo of it when we saw K9 come to a stop before the accident as well. (will post a photo later) Thought that there's some car chasing operation initially because of the K9 vehicle.

As my car was getting nearer to the accident, we saw a truck on the 2nd lane and an accident bike (behind the truck) which I think is Suzuki. Yellow helmet were seen near the truck wheel and 1 lady high heel was seen as well, think I saw some papers on floor.

I just want to move on fast as not to hog up the jam, my wife was glancing at the accident on her left and saw a pool of blood on the road which is the truck rear wheels. No tent was seen at that time when I passed there. According to the radio station that I heard 20min ago, the jam is still there. (My wife did not take a photo at that time as I need to speed up because the jam is really bad)

Hope that the casualty/ casualties is/are fine.

Heard about it on radio as I drove out this afternoon at around 1pm. As such, I took Bt Timah Road which was also super jam as all the motorists decided to take Bt Timah Road instead of BKE/PIE.

Hope there are no fatalities.

Pls post pics up if you can. Thanks

I was stuck at the scene this morning ard 9.30am. Kao the scene look very sad as the abulamace was not there yet.

The motor rider was caught in between rear wheel of the malaysia lorry (10 wheels) . The motorcycle was about afew meter away from the lorry , there trace of blood and flesh , which i believe he was caught behind the wheel and was drag a few metre aways before coming to a stop ( I believe his leg will gone). I dun wan to carry on decribing. As I was clear from the jam , I feel very painfull in my heart to see this type of incident and I keep on reminding myself " Safety First" . Hope that the Motorcyclist and pillar will be safe and sound 阿弥陀佛

It takes both hands to clap in any accident.

We always blame the bigger vehicles for not looking out for smaller bikes etc. Can anyone commented how those bikes ride as well?

Dashing in/ out from people's blindspot view, what can one expect?

I remembered once I was driving along a long stretch of road, Those stretch of roads with rows of companies alongside. A MY bike was behind me all the way. As I reached my destination, I signal right to turn. Instead of go past on my left, that idiot overtake me on my right, just as I was to turn.

Of course, the usual horn and stare followed after that. I have nothing to say, a stupid bike overtaking me on the position I was to turn in. am I to blame for not looking out to him if he refused to obey my signal? I believe his concept is ... "my bike can be faster than the time you take to turn."

Drive safety but also eyes open big, big.

Stop blaming the accident on big trucks or whatever. They might be faster than allowed, but they are no less danger than trying to squeeze in-between and get away because they can't.

Many years ago I saw the aftermath of a lorry-motorbike accident in JB. Behind the lorry's wheels was a approx 10m trail of red mince meat. That's right, human flesh dragged along the road till it looks like the mince meat you buy at the market. I think the aftermath of this accident will be similar to what I saw.

Moral of the story: don't ride motorbike. You always lose big-time, even if you have right of way.
