the drop in filter is the same as the Gen 2 or Persona. Meaning to say if you can find a gen 2 drop in filter, it can fit your exora... one more thing i left out when considering this car... its the fuel consumption... on paper... it claim that it can do about 13.8km/l... but i told myself... with such a small engine and big body... 13.8 must be b-------t... if it can do 10... i'm more than happy... right now i'm doing about 9 - 10... with 50% highway and 50% city driving... i'm quite a heavy footer... i believe that a wish or stream is doing about 10 - 12? not sure also... i'm quite ok with the fuel consumption because bigger car definately use more petrol... just have to get used to it...

hope that the F/C will get better with the newly installed filter... which i think chances are low... it gives a better driving experience is good enuff... i'll be installing my NGK irdium plugs on my next servicing... do bit by bit... den u feel the difference... if all go in at one go... no fun liao... =]

i used 95 for my first tank... engine was loud and less power... but when i filled my second tank with 98... not so loud and slightly more powerful.... but dunno if its me... or its really that case... i was thinking of reverting to 95... cos i hear that 95 gives better FC...

the most petrol i ever pumped in was 58 litres... i dried my tank in m'sia and i pumped 58 litres in... =]

though one is 2.0L & the other 1.6L but both weight around 1.4ton.

so which gives better FC? [lipsrsealed]

I think he means 2.0L vs 1.6L difference in FC is only 1km/L.

To be frank, not so worth cos hardly have any big saving in FC between the two.

In terms of power, there's a big difference.

One advantage is only saving in road tax $48/mth.

An eye for an eye la,How can compare 1.6 with 2.0?The 2 litre got extra hp and torque plus bigger displacement hence the advantage.Unless Exora is turbocharged but still give 11l then its different.

Since the FC falls into almost a 2.0 category,is naturally for people to compare it with a 2.0L NA car.

Same FC means not going to save much on petrol, why 1.6L instead of 2.0L,right?Unless one really likes the car alot.

I believe qashqai is running on 17" rims whereas exora is 15".

If ignore the FC part, exora is a good choice eps cheapest among all mpv.

i would say that its value for money.... its not the cheapest among all MPVs... cos there's still china makes and smaller MPVs... like the APV... it cost slightly more den $50k... but its converted from a van technology... looking at the outlook... its like a van... but very good space also... bad thing is... its a suzuki... but made in indonesia...

like i mentioned earlier... what i like about this car is that this car is fully designed and tuned by lotus... european design for the price tag of a japanese sedan... even the signal is on the left side... like those european cars...

i used to feel that space in between the 2 front seats is very empty... because there's no centre console... only 2 holes for you to put in your waterbottles... so i went m'sia in search of a centre console.... 80RM and viola! i've a centre console that i can rest my hand and also to put some stuff in in...

after i put the console... i realised why they designed the car without the console.... because when i drive... i tend to leave my left hand on the console... and drive with my right hand... as a result of that... I DON'T SIGNAL... aaahaha... just my 2 cents worth.... =]
