SGXORA

your F/C is very good.... mine owas show 11 or the best 10.9. i'm getting only 8+km/h... full tank of about 55litres goes for about 450km or so... i've installed the NGK iridium plugs and also a hurricane filter.... smoother pickup... with that, but F/C still the same...

space is good... i can put about 4 suitcases in the boot... the height of the car is higher than the wish... in fact among the mid-size MPVs... its one of the best around...

maybe i should switch to Shell 98 as well... i'm on Esso 95 now...

Check your tyre pressure twice weekly, use the higher end of the recommended pressure, normally indicated at the decal next to your door or in the glove compartment.

MPV and SUV are not meant to speed..so dunno y ppl commented it is slow, heavy lol.

You obviously have not driven the BMW X5, X3, not to mention the X5M.

What about the Audi Q7 and Q5? VW Tiguan and Touareg?

All SUVs in their own right with 0-100 <8+ secs.

Once again cant compare apples with oranges. The BMW power to weight is just nice while the Exora bodywork is close to a 2 litre car!If those who doesnt need the 6 extra seats everyday with low budget then can consider this otherwise give it a miss.BTW how often you packed the MPV with 7 peoples everyday?

i really don understand how ppl can try to compare a $60k car to a $80-100k car. of cos the power will b diff, the equipments will b diff, the finishing will b diff.

like everyone should know...you get wat u pay.

If you trade in. its base on COE and OMV. so that myth is not true. Unless the OMV of proton is a lot lesser than car of similar price.

However resale value might be lower.

i'm using 50% highway and 50% city driving.... getting the most 9km/l.... sometimes i even drive without the A/C... the petrol consumption like that. quite taxing... can share how u manage to get 10 - 13? i think with 10km/l... i'll be happy enough....

Use the upper range of the recommended tyre pressure, pump RON 98, use 5W-40 oil or less, right foot go ligther, cruise more at constant speed, make use of the momentum of the car, than you will be about there I think.....:)

10L/100km is 10km/l

13L/100km is 7.7km/l.

So i think is almost the same since ur is 9km/l.
