Shorty Turbocharged May 26, 2010 Share May 26, 2010 5936, panhard...the decals dat r pasted on cars nowadays r not the cheap ones. wont affect the paintwork. in fact, after peeling off, the paintwork will b as gd as when u paste it on. its not like those normal stickers where u peel off n got sticky leftovers. y u guys tink a lot of cars, even as expensive as lambo, go for car wrap?... its cos they wanna protect their original paintwork. Hi Panhard, Tks, just PM you. I think the LED lights work when the tailamps are activated, similar to those installed on some Wish which I have seen here. As for the scuff plates, I have seen those with LED light. Do check them out and let us know.
Cktham Neutral Newbie May 26, 2010 Share May 26, 2010 JB refilled for me, 4 bar to 7 bar squeed 40 litres = RM72. Opening of petrol has metal piece. Lift the petrol nozzle up and you can squee more. I think you stop at auto cut off. I am monitoring consumption. based on what I have refill,7 bar to 4 bar(3/4 tank) can go up to 400km. CK 2nd day of usage,No much problem so far,Pump full tank got 4 bar till 7 bar RM 49 @ Caltex Kg Kastam Larkin.Tried 5 adults 3 kids,Gear 1 and 2 a bit slow but steady as not to exceed 3.5k rpm. Then PIE constant speed of 85-90,Ocassionally nearly 100 then slow down.Cornering Superb @ 90kmh not much body roll.Heard that 2010 model Proton tweak the gearbox.BTW do you guys go for 10W-30 or 10W 40 EO?Just now go Sheng Siong a lot of "fans" enquire for this MPV.One of them is a Stream owner who keen to change to Exora, another is Trajet and another is Wish.Common question FC,Pick up.After explanation all of them ask for the SE HP no..Got a feeling that 2010 models is much more improved than 2009 ones.No regret buying this one.To hell with sceptical that people made. 5936 1st Gear May 26, 2010 Share May 26, 2010 I also started with stool and buckets. But found a special bucket with cover that you can stand on it. It's a japanese car wash bucket bought from Autobacs. Not sure if they still have it.
Mustang 1st Gear May 26, 2010 Share May 26, 2010 Proton is losing its identity soon... Yeah frankly the 2010 Exora does improve a lot,I'm surprised by its smoothness even though it weight 1.4 ton!
5936 1st Gear May 27, 2010 Share May 27, 2010 Good to hear that. We use 3m stickers at my workplace, they simply bond with the surface after few years of seasoning under the sun. Need a wirebrush to grind them off. Hope yr stickers are different type.

Mustang 1st Gear May 30, 2010 Share May 30, 2010 Just went to Pontian with 8 onboard 5 adults and three kids.At fisrt thought i was planning to bring the Saga as well(wife drive) but need to try the MPV.Fuel is surpisingly is good even though with 8 peeps with an average of 7.9litres per 100kmh with speed no more than 95kmh.From Singapore to Pontian theres only 5 bars out of 7 on the speedo.Reach Pontian still 5 bars. Then night halfway already 4 bars,Send mum in law back to Larkin then pump full tank 7 bars.5 on board to SG still maintain 7 bars with average speed of 80-90kmh.So far so good.Yesterday wash all my vehicles The Exora,Saga BLM and my motorbike.Took 3 and the half hours including vacuum, rinsing off water and wiping as well shine tyres plus parking. All one man job. Wash also use micro fbre smooth cloth not sponge as the Exora still new.Saturday morning survey 16 inch 7x16 rims RM1600 without trade in.Tyre Good year or Silverstone radial 205/55.Thought of 17 inch but FC sure 15% jialat. At least 16 inch still acceptable,Somemore comfort.Next project rims, fog lights,DVD and armrest.Hehehe
