Kxbc Turbocharged July 10, 2009 Share July 10, 2009 So I decided to get from one of MCF sponser, 3M carmat that has a heel plate for the driver side. MCF Sponsor doing carmats. Do you know if they just sell the driver's side one?
BaguaTV Neutral Newbie July 10, 2009 Share July 10, 2009 Actually, you should first check with your car agent who sold you your car. Their staff discount would get you very good car mat at incredible low price. Your new car may come with car mat already fitted but if you drop by their acessories shop, you will find much better car mat with heels and enough thickness. It also comes with the name of your car on them as they are originals. I just got mine from my agent at Kah Motors yesterday - 5 pieces of Honda Jazz car mat and only cost $33/- compared to 6 times more if you order outside. The quality is the same with these car mats - ok maybe not all but for the Honda Jazz, yes.

Cannot want green and cheap and big ni ni right. There are two types of 3A, one is normal and the other is superior. I think bros here should compare the superior quality 3A against the 3M one, then it is apple-to-apple comparison. The normal grade 3A mat cannot be compared lar... different quality at all. I think get superior 3A one is more worth it than the cheap normal grade 3A. That one too low quality, waste of money. Kxbc Turbocharged July 10, 2009 Share July 10, 2009 I actually have a car mat on top of the original factory car mat. But the mat on top was given by the SE and after 3 years of heeling, pi-chia liao. And the rest of the mats are in very good shape. So thought of just buying the driver's side one. The factory original is cream and easily dirtied so my may needs to be of a darker colour like chocolate.

Ender Hypersonic July 10, 2009 Share July 10, 2009 My 3A lasted 2yrs. I changed to 3M a couple of month back. 1st thing I notice is 3M do not slip. My 3A despite having velcor, slip here and there. 3M, do not have velcro and yet can stay in place.

Rail13 Neutral Newbie July 12, 2009 Share July 12, 2009 Quoted 120 for 15mm thick 5 pieces and standard 10mm for boot.. Anyone Reviews & Feedback? Thanks... 3A Carmats Hi bro, price for 3M Superior grade cost $230/- and Standard Grade cost $195/- But the package provided by 3A carmats are 2 different grades and you need to consider seriously before buying... There are many 3A mats grades and quality and many Novice vendors are selling them for as low as $30 per set of 3/5pcs cabin mats. If you got the Extra Cash, Go for Original 3M, but again, there are few vendors selling at different pricing... thus do shop wisely... cheers :)

Rail13 Neutral Newbie July 12, 2009 Share July 12, 2009 I bot a whole set for my ride and customised ones too. So far the condition is still good and I saved like almost 50% if I were to get the 3M mat. Glad to hear that everything is well :) I'm still holding on to your low grade 3A mats given by your SE..... ha..ha..ha... :)
Rail13 Neutral Newbie July 12, 2009 Share July 12, 2009 My 3A lasted 2yrs. I changed to 3M a couple of month back. 1st thing I notice is 3M do not slip. My 3A despite having velcor, slip here and there. 3M, do not have velcro and yet can stay in place. It's about the way supplier custom cut out the mats. A well fitted mats will NOT require any add-ons on the base. There are some cases that the grippers strips drops off after some time... 3M also uses velcros and many gripper strips on their mat base... thus slipping is reduced. It's all about mat quality and cut out size... thus prices varies among different vendors..

Sony 1st Gear July 12, 2009 Share July 12, 2009 got its pro and con.. 3A is cheap and people can throw them away after half a year to a year.. 3M last longer but then, no matter how lasting, it will need to be replaced if one is so concern about cleaniness
