This commercial shows the reality (the dark side) of the society. It deeply touches the inner heart of Pantene's core target, the underdogs in the country.

In sg we do have some very good creative ppl. But sometimes not all companies in singapore (the ones paying) are willing to accept the ideas proposed. Sometimes, their bosses or management add in their own ideas and ask the adv company to just do it their way. We dont have as many creative ads because the market is not as open and mature like in western countries or even japan.

i think the real reason is that the Singapore head offices are not daring enough to air creative proposals suggested by the advertising firms. They always opt for something save.

Check around, that's what most firms do - play safe.

Besides the fact that the girls are pretty, I thought that ad was crap!

Don't know what message they are trying to convey, maybe: "Buy Pantene, so you can butcher classical music and still look good!" or "Classical music and violence go hand-in-hand, at least your hair shines!"

Editing, crap, music, crap, choreography, similarly crap.

I did like the other Thai ads from the insurance company, but in this case, I think most of you here are confusing artistry and creativity with the pretty Thai girls!
