if u r current/previous Mazda owner, they would ve sent u an sms for the promos.

if u r interested, just go down and check and post ur findings for rest of bros who might be interested as well.

Hopefully not like the Toyota Wish 6k discount promo.....they took out a lot of things and if u want to add them in, the Wish goes back to abt 81k.

cheers,

Mazda always has that problem...their new car prices are always very high...so those who bought in the initial launch will always kena [knife] .

Prelaunch price was 67k....so now even cheaper than pre launch with higher COE some more.

at 65k it makes more sense, bringing it closer to competitors.

Supercharged

Assume Mazda 3 1.6L sedan OMV $20,237, COE $19,000:

cost = 20,237 * 2.284 + 140 +19,000 = $65,361.308

if selling $65,600, then profit = $238.692.

Assume Mazda 3 2.0L sedan OMV $23,410, COE $19,700:

cost = 23,410 * 2.284 + 140 +19,700 = $73,308.44

if selling $78,100, then profit = $4,791.56

But the price drop does it also means accessories also minus off to cater for the drop?? Sometimes they have to makeup the lose in another way.

I went to check out the deal on Sat. There is no cut in accessories. Showroom not busy but there is only 1 test drive car thus had to queue for it.

SE offered a further $500 discount. Plus there is said to be a $750 service voucher for returned Mazda owner (<= not verified).

maybe Mazda is expecting COE price to drop? (thus slightly higher margin)?
