So_nice 6th Gear March 19, 2010 Share March 19, 2010 should be better after changing to fully syn. OT abit, my thaiyota vios AT managed to hit 14.9km/l which quite impressed me. :)
Woof Clutched March 19, 2010 Share March 19, 2010 He's already done 4k km. It would improve after 5k km servicing...and 10k km service, will be much better & stabilise. The 16km/l is on ideal driving situation not achievable on daily drive here in Singapore urban city. Around average 12-13+(or even 14) km/l more realistic. Loo 2nd Gear March 19, 2010 Author Share March 19, 2010 how long is the run-in? 10K?
Woof Clutched March 19, 2010 Share March 19, 2010 I used to own a Wish 1.8. My average was 11-13+ km/l depends on how driving cond. You consumption would improve after your next servicing. And would be better following using synthetic oil, usually when at 10k servising.

Osiris 1st Gear March 19, 2010 Share March 19, 2010 don't be regretful. 16km/l is smooth 100% HW figure Stream I think is rated 15km/l i usually get 11km/l based on 40% HW only time can get 14 is school hols however, for stream, run in period FC same as usual, not much diff. for 8-9km/l, i think u do a lot of city driving? Osiris 1st Gear March 19, 2010 Share March 19, 2010 that's what 'city' driving means. non expressway roads with start/stop traffic.
