Ah_cow 3rd Gear July 8, 2010 Share July 8, 2010 i wonder why they bother with the R thingy.... all can play anyway, i think maybe not many of those with VIP code left... not all can, usually ea games can as they used a worldwide server. last time i get r1 pes 2009, then ah mao get r2 or r3, end up we cant play each other as we are connected to different region server. and also for games that have downloadable contents, as recently as batman, i got the r2 region, then i want dl the joker map in ps store, our ps store is based in r3 asia, and the downloaded content not compatible to install into my r2 region batman. so for me when i buy game, always ask got any diff between diff region 1st anot. Anybody using 1 which is good on these? Best if it has BT also, so that I can go handsfree without relying on the speaker mode, but dunno the latest technology on home phone these days. Even better if it can surf net, use as remote control to on TV, lightings etc, use as handphone also, play mp3, stream video etc... ha.. last sentence is just kidding lah, I need one urgently for those stated before that. Thank you. Ball, HDMI, dunno abt that, maybe u can ask the person with the most lag to test it out, maybe it will solve his lagging prob simply by "upgrading" the cable. Philips CD360 see if u are interested, less than 1hour old as of now..... bought it for my home line then realise mother bought another 1 also... damn... Ixus 1st Gear July 8, 2010 Share July 8, 2010 I was thinking how to counter this: 6 high level scientist in conquest, 2 at each of the 3 flag position, placed 2 sentry guns strategically (meaning cannot be shot from far) and stand guard at different angle, maciam covering all NSEW angle. What's their chances of winning? conquest only 5 a side, so at most is 2-2-1 at the 3 nodes, or max 2-3, with one node unguarded. Assuming 2 high level scientists guarding one node with sentry guns, one way is to fly in 2 high level scientists, deploy the guns in front of the guns, drop down, activate drain, and each one take one out. The guns will take out the guns by themselves. normal sentry guns cannot detect cloaking, but sentry missile can. I'm not sure if the power sentry (at lvl 24) can detect cos I haven't come across scouts last night. Another way is to land on a rooftop further away and snipe the guns out first followed by the scientists.
